You inspire me! What a wonderful achievement! No one knows how difficult losing weight can be unless they have done it themselves. My aunt used to tell me I would never have a weight problem if I ate what she ate and followed her around. That was back when I was a normal weight. Her heart was in the right place but I'd be bigger than I am now if I had done that. She had a naturally high metabolism rate so she always stayed thin. She ate a lot but was constantly moving. She only slept a few hours per night then she was up and at it again. It exhausted me to just watch her. I have to deal with what I was given - a slow metabolism rate - and learn that my current calorie counting way of eating must become a lifetime commitment. You can feel justifiably proud of your weight loss. You are terrific!
