A big,big for all of the congratulations. I am afraid it is still sinking in that I have lost 100lb as I still really can't believe it.

Unhappy 100+ lbs need to be gone!

I just joined the forum for the first time since back in 2006. Would you people that have lost so much weight mind telling me how you managed to do it? I currently weight 247 which is down from the 270 I weighed last summer. I was terribly sick with the flu a month ago and during that time, my legs were so weak that I couldn't get on the treadmill at all. Now that I am better, I find I still cannot find the motivation or desire to get back on the thing! We live in a tiny town and there are no weight loss groups available so in order for me to lose weight, I will have to try it on my own. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was seriously considering the Slim Fast even though I detest the taste of the drinks! When I lost the 25 lbs. I was walking every day and that really helped. But we have so much snow here in Eastern Canada and the roads are all icy, that I'm afraid of falling so don't walk at all during winter. I long for the warm days! Would someone please eithe reply to this post or send me a private message with some tips for me so I can get back on the wagon? Thank you so much.

Jeanie
