Congratulations, Goddess Jessica! I always love your posts.

I started losing weight in 2002 (!) and am only now down about 70 lbs with 30-40 more to go. I have lost slowly and had long periods where I wasn't focussed on losing. The main thing is, I have not regained what I've lost.
