I'll second that!
I only lost 0.5 lbs last week but this week I lost 4.5 lbs. This is definitely a fluke. I've looked back (yes, I've been charting my progress - what a dork

) and in 35 weeks I've only lost 4.5 or more pounds in a week 3 times. Usually I'm between 0.5 - 2.0 lbs a week but I'll take it and do a happy dance for the week.
So 4.5 lbs down, 5 pounds to go for my Easter goal.
