I had been on the "up-a-pound-down-a-pound ride for 3 weeks when I set my Easter goal at 7 pounds. I was pretty discouraged and PMSing! Yesterday, I finally had a breakthrough and lost 4 pounds! WeLL WooHOO to the max! I was soooo tempted to just give up....but I'm glad I kept hanging in there...For those who have gained the multiple pounds in a day....just keep on chugging - there is hope

Coming in late to the party, as usual. *G* I'll take that five pound challenge -- four weeks and three days SHOULD be enough... I hope.

I'll second that!

I only lost 0.5 lbs last week but this week I lost 4.5 lbs. This is definitely a fluke. I've looked back (yes, I've been charting my progress - what a dork ) and in 35 weeks I've only lost 4.5 or more pounds in a week 3 times. Usually I'm between 0.5 - 2.0 lbs a week but I'll take it and do a happy dance for the week.

So 4.5 lbs down, 5 pounds to go for my Easter goal.

I'm down 3 pounds this week but I've been in bed most of the week with no appeptite (not that it stopped me from eating junk yesterday) so I dont see this happening again-

anyways it puts me halfway to my goal. I have 5 pounds to go to for Easter too

So, I've haven't been posting this week. It was just one of those weeks. I definitely have not been following plan very well. I am getting my exercise done though. I'm down to 214 which is a loss of about 2lbs last week. Not bad since I've been straying quite often.

I lost two pounds this week...not too bad but I didn't weigh last week so I was a little dissapointed. Nine pounds to go! I hope I wasn't too hopeful in my Easter goal...we will see!

I would like to join too! I'm in for 10 lbs by Easter. I love the idea of mini-goals, I'm really in the need for something to work towards. The big number is overwhelming sometimes.
