I have a digital scale, but I only weigh myself one time. When I first got it I weighed a few times to make sure it was accurate. Now that I know it is I get on one time and whatever it says I take. It tells you Body Fat%, water % and holds the weights and info (age, height, %s, etc) for 3 people. I bought it at Target, I don't remember the brand. I would just drive myself insane getting on and off over and over. In my experience, on scales that pop up with a different number each time, most of the time the first number is the most accurate. If you are going to weigh multiple times, maybe you should turn it on and off or zero out between weighings, that way the scale has a chance to clear the previous weight; that's what my doc told me anyway.

My scale changes so much. I bump it a little or it moves at all and it gets all wonky. So everytime I weigh myself I just have adjusted to the fact that I step on and off twice. Then if I step back on and if I get no errors or it doesn't seem absurd that's the number I take.
