Hey all!
My name is Lindsey and I'm 19 years old, will be 20 next month. I don't post here much, but I read all of the time. Currently, I'm living in Salisbury, MD and am a full time student majoring in International Studies with a concentration in International Relations, but I'm planning on going to medical school afterwards and becoming some kind of doctor. I have a very lovely boyfriend that I've been with for 4 months who lives in D.C. (a couple of hours away) that I stay with on weekends and a 6 year old cat named Muffin. I wish I could have another furbaby, perhaps a small dog since I've never owned a dog, but that has to be put on hold until my boyfriend moves into a pet-friendly building.
As far as weightloss goes, I've lost over 110 lbs and am going strong and actually just celebrated my anniversary on the 21st of this month! I calorie count and meticulously weigh my foods on my trusty food scale, concentrating mostly on whole foods. Right now my biggest struggle is actually getting out to exercise. Once I'm there and am actually doing it, I love it and I LOVE the feeling afterwards, but getting there is hard for me.
Like I said earlier, I rarely post anywhere, but I do come here and read everyday because it helps me to stay on plan and motivated! So a big thank you to the ladies who do post often... thanks for keeping me with plenty of reading material!

Hi !!
I have a REALLY bad back. I had to get a spinal fushion last year and this makes exercising more difficult. I'm putting into my head that motto of "NO EXCUSES!!) I'm 35 years old and 222 pounds. I love to laugh and fun could be my middle name!
