Hi ne - I remember your posts pre-christmas

self pity is a dangerous thing... and so hard to turn off when 'dwelling' on something. I wish I could give you the switch to turn it off and stop the emotional eating.... I dont know if I'll ever snap out of it completly... but dont set yourself up for failure k?
Exchange the junk and snacks with subway, lean cuisines and 'junk food' that isnt as bad (skinny cows, 100 cal cookies). That way when the crappy feelings come.. atleast you're falling back on stuff that isnt hurting your body . (atleast that's what worked for me). Even if you dont work out... the bad food choices can be stopped -- sometimes it's just not possible to regularly hit the gym.
