The one reason I will stay on my food plan today is that I can't stand the guilt of overeating lately. I 'd rather try and work thru the uncomfortable feelings of not eating everything in sight.

Today I will stay on my plan because Wednesday is usually my weigh day - I skipped last Wed. because I was off plan for several days with Christmas and all - I would, however, like to see a loss or at least stay the same. Time will tell - but, staying on my plan will certainly help.
