I'll occasionally allow myself a treat, but I usually make sure I stay within my calorie range even when I do have one. I keep trying to switch my way of thinking to make myself feel that the way I'm eating now is normal, and I basically am eating normal foods I'm just not eating tons of it like I used to. If it's something I can't live with on a normal basis, then it's not going to work for me long term.
So yeah, occasionally I go to DQ and have a vanilla cone...or one slice of pizza from the local pizza place. The trick is stopping at one, and it's been a tough trick to master but I'm getting the hang of it
