Down 3.4 pounds this week after going up a few small increments at a time and maintaining for about a month and a half, resulting in a pound total gain. So I'm still down 2.4 pounds than I was before I started gaining. Whoo!
Jeeze, first the Red Sox win the World Series and then I bust my small gaining phase. Could this day get any better? That gives me a goal. To hit goal sometime during next years baseball season.
No comment this week...
The scale did not budge, so I choose to ignore it until Thursday. Hoping I'll have a post-TOM whoosh and can still make my October goal. I'll report back later in the week.
Glad to see everyone else is losing!
Subersub, Sandi, and Fooled, that is amazing! Way to go!
Sounds like everyone is doing great. Some amazing losses here.
I thought I was going to have a good loss as well. The scale was dropping consistently through the week. I had an off-day Saturday, but not too bad, then I was back on plan yesterday. Somehow, though, I ended up gaining five pounds from last week, even though I was three pounds down when I weighed Saturday morning. So, from Saturday to today, I gained eight pounds. No idea why. It's not even TOM for me. I didn't exercise Saturday and Sunday because I wanted to rest my sore knee, so I'm sure that's related. Oh well. The goal is to stay on plan and see what the next few days bring. I need to be on top of my game to deal with Halloween this week.
That's right, two tenths of a pound. But you know what? It was TOM, and I can normally expect a gain of at least 4-5 pounds. The number moved down, not up, and I'm happy with that.
This week will be a much bigger drop, I'm making sure of it.
