Laurie Dawn, hang in there. I was 195 from May-part of Sept despite getting back into a consistent exercise routine & watching my food. But the clothes kept getting looser. People kept asking me if I'd lost weight. Then with the fall, I started losing about a pound or so a week. This am, I weighted in at 190.2. Which considering this is a PMS week, I'm going to count as meeting my 190 minigoal. Can't wait for the 180 minigoal. That's when I have clearance to start jogging (had some foot problems, so podiatrist & regular doc agreed that I should wait until 180 to ease the strain on my feet). I've been doing well with low impact, but I'm looking forward to the variety.
