Hi all! Last week I was on a plane, so didn't get a chance to weigh in...so in skipping a Wednesday, I lost 3.5 lbs. I'm in the teens!!! My health coach was teasing me, telling me,"You're a teenager again!!"

Laurie Dawn, hang in there. I was 195 from May-part of Sept despite getting back into a consistent exercise routine & watching my food. But the clothes kept getting looser. People kept asking me if I'd lost weight. Then with the fall, I started losing about a pound or so a week. This am, I weighted in at 190.2. Which considering this is a PMS week, I'm going to count as meeting my 190 minigoal. Can't wait for the 180 minigoal. That's when I have clearance to start jogging (had some foot problems, so podiatrist & regular doc agreed that I should wait until 180 to ease the strain on my feet). I've been doing well with low impact, but I'm looking forward to the variety.

I lost 4 lbs this week... I think my grand total lost is around 42 or something.. 9 more to ONEderland... I can't wait.

I managed to lose 1.4 lbs this week. I had a gain so its been a struggle to get back down to here.
