I haven't posted in a few weeks so I thought I would post an update.
I am exercising every day, and eating as well as I can. I only ate a few peices of the girls candy last night, and when I realized I was eating it, I put it up.
I have cleaned the house of the piles of junk food that was laying around, and continue to eat about 85% fat free. I haven't eaten anything fried in a month. I bake or broil everything now. I am southern I like my fat fried in fat. :P
I have not lost another pound but I have lost 3 inches and my tight jeans are fitting now.
I am up to walking a mile just about everyday, and I got a new stroller, the kind you can run with, and the baby loves the walks. I also strength train every other day.
I am going to keep going, slowly, and make an entire life style change. I am determined to look good when I accompany my husband to his military Christmas ball next year.
