If you enjoy walking, I suggest Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds program. The "Express" series uses resistance bands, and the regular one uses light hand weights. The moves are simple, and can be modified, but it's a very effective workout.

It's got the toning in it too, which might help with your arms. I wish I knew a magic cure for that, too, since the tops of my arms are enormous.

thank you for all the responses... when i started out walking last monday, i could only walk about 20 mins, then come back in the house and feel like i was gonna die for about 2 hours lol... my shins hurt somethin fierce, outta breath, and even my back hurt ... yesterday i was able to walk for 30 mins and wasnt nearly as sore or outta breath as i was when i started this... i feel so good this am.. i have actually lost weight.. this stuff really works lol... i know some/a lot was cause i was TOM last monday when i weighed myself, but some was cal counting and those lovely lovely walks
