I understand...I had a major slip up today..at the movies (need I say more?).

Relax, girlie..we're right back on plan. Consistency!

It's okay! You realize that what's done is done. You can't change 5 minutes ago, but you can change RIGHT NOW.

I've blown many a weekend! Deep breath, back on track. You can do this!

It's just one weekend. No big deal! One weekend isn't going to make you re-gain the 51 lbs you've lost. Just get back to it today and call it a small bump in the road. Nothing worth worrying about as long as you get back on plan. We all have those days, it's what you do afterward that makes the difference!

Thanks all. I knew that I wouldnt gain 51 lbs back, but any amount of weight gained back is that much I have to lose again. Just irritates me that I let myself over eat. In comparison to weekends I use to have, this was just a little error. But I know I can do better, I have done better, so I was just really disappointed in myself. I worked out extra hard tonight. Hopefully I lost a little that I ate today.

I wouldn't sweat it too much, you have lost so much weight, I just looked at the #!!! Wow.
I have slipped up a few times, but the most important thing, is don't give up!! Just pick yourself up and start again. I know today will be better.

Alana Jo, I did the same thing this weekend. I know how you feel. We have two options....pick ourselves back up and keep going or just quit. I am 100% confident that your answer is the same as mine....we will keep going!

I think we all need to realize that this is going to happen. And what really matters are the days to follow. If you get back on plan - then don't sweat it!

Look at my signature - consistency, not perfection!

Keep on keepin' on, girl!

I posted this somewhere else but heck if I know where. I read an article about Winona Judd (I know I'm spelling her name wrong!) and she said:

Perfection is the highest form of abuse.

I think that is very profound. It is okay to not be perfect. It is okay to slip up and make mistakes. You are allowed to be human.

Today is a new day!

I love Sandi's siggie. It really says it all for me. Its not about perfection...its about consistency. We all have weekends like you did. Speed bumps really in the grand scheme of things.

Hang in there!!

Ok Diet Twin... We both did it.

*It was a joke when you said it before but we seem to parallel a lot!*

Time to get our arses back in gear!

Personally I have decided I am not going to feel bad. It will only make me want to "comfort" myself and that is bad...

So let's get back to where we should be and we'll be set...
