Default OK that was FUN!

hahah I had 2 big garbage bags filled with clothes to take to the Sal. Army and i don't know what possessed me but i stepped on the scales holding them! hahhahahah WOW did i balloon UP!! BACK to 324!!! exactly the D-Day start weight how weird is that???

Just carrying them down to the car had me slightly out of breath!!! no wonder i was huffin' & puffin' !!!

If you're ever feeling down about slow progress, i highly recommend jumping on the scales holding something, then put it down and weigh again - instant results LOL

have a great (OP) day everyone!!!

:hu g:

That a great motivator Trazey! 42 lbs is really a lot of weight.

I fantasize about how it will feel to be 180-200 lbs lighter. Even the thought of it is insane!!

You're so right that is is fun! My nephew weights 70 pounds so I told him to jump on my back and I would carry him around for a while. OMG!!!! I thought I was going to die. It really brings things into reality. Plus it was nice to hear my nephews reaction when he found out I've lost as much as he weighs

I tried to carry my 70 pound grandson to bed the other night. I couldn't do it. I just boggles my mind to think that I use to carry more weight than that on my body.

Sandi & Jen, you've taken the first steps, you will do it.
