another reason for me is because i've been feeling ill and worn down lately and that's due to the crappy foods i've been eating

I've been ill and off work for two days now. Managed to go out this morning, did a mile in 10:26 and feel so much better for getting back out there Now off to work (boo)
I HOPE EVERYONE FEELS BETTER SOON. I JUST WENT BACK AND READ THE THREAD FROM THE BEGINNING AND ALOT OF YOU HAVE BEEN SICK LATELY. EAT THOSE VEGETABLES AND TAKE THOSE VITAMINS.
The one reason I'm staying OP today is I finally hit the 160's and I feel so good. Here I come 150's. I can't believe I said that I haven't weighed that in over 20 years.
On plan today because I've been struggling with cravings the last coupla days....I think TOM is getting ready to rear his ugly head (notice I said HIS, because only a male could think we need this stuff!)!

That is so impressive! You fought so hard to be able to run one, and now you're improving on your time. I have been running off and on for some time now, and never done better than a 12-minute mile. Great work!
I'm OP today because I went WAY, WAY, WAY off plan yesterday. I retained so much water from it that my fingers were numb this morning when I woke up from my rings being too tight. Sheesh, that was stupid.
