  • Quote: 130 - secret wish goal that is quite possibly very unrealistic (which I won't beat myself up over if I don't get to it.
I'm glad I am not the only one who has a secret wish goal. ^_^
  • 225 - Highest weight (it was really higher, but I wouldn't go near the scale).
216 - weight I was when I started Biggest Loser Competition at work.
199 - What an awesome feeling!
165 - Finally lost all my baby weight even though my baby is 18!
155 - My original goal was to just make it into the 150's and wear a size 8
140 - I will no longer be overweight!

This was a really good look back and what I've achieved! Thanks for the thread!
  • Oh, I have a lot!
    10% goals:
    291
    262
    236
    212
    191
    172
    155

Arbitrary categories I'm just keeping an eye out for:
    247 - "severely obese"
    216 - "obese"
    185 - "overweight"
    154 - "healthy"
  • Ohhhhhh, yes.
274 Highest scale weight (I know I got higher; had lost some already)
230 Lowest after prolonged illoness (4 yrs ago)
225 Merely obese, not morbidly obese
    199 ONEDERLAND!
185 Lowest in last 30 yrs (12 yrs agoo)
    168 Merely overweight, not obese
145 Lowest adult weight (32 yrs ago, lasted about 4 mos.)
    140 Normal weight range
120 Middle of normal weight range
    115 High school weight
    105 Lowest normal weight range
  • Okay, this is fun. Here goes

    346 - highest known weight
330 - my weight finally registered on my scales; those 16 lbs were frightening, I had no idea if what I was doing was even working.
    299
    246 - 100 lbs lost
203 - no longer obese BMI!
    199 - Onederland
192 - weighed less than my husband

    Still to achieve
180 - goal I arbitrarily picked when I was 346 lbs and never expected to be able to lose weight; it sounded so far away and frankly, unachievable
173 - what I will probably change my goal to once I hit 180 (1/2 my original weight)
    169 - normal BMI
145 - "secret" weight I will probably never try to get to but wonder what I would look like at.
  • Hmm, don't know much about weights yet, will have to think that one through. Gut response is:

Size 14 - can comfortably shop in normal sized stores, not plus suze, maybe even normal sized petite shops!!
Size 10 - my realistic goal
Size 6 - my stretch goal

I don't know what weight these sizes correspond with.
  • Oh, I'd like to fit into my wedding dress again, I was a size 14 I think then. And I'd really like to weigh less than my hubby, so that takes me into the 150s.
  • 270 My "Oh My Goodness This is Out of Control" highest weight
225 It was about here that I started feeling fat.. maybe on the way down that's when I will start feeling better!
199 Whoever named it "Onederland" knew what this is all about. I will never forget the day the nurse had to slide the knob on the scale to 200
166 My weight on my 1st prenatal for my 1st child. I was about a size 12-14 at this weight
164 My last stop on the Obesity train.
145 My weigh-in for PE senior year. I remember telling my gym teacher "Muscle weighs more than fat" I was a size 10

  • 238 - highest weight, 216 - when I knew I had to lose weight (but for some reason I went the wrong direction after making this realization), 200 - I remember being mortified passing this number on the way up, and quite pleased on the way down, 186 - current weight, 173 - the weight I was while competitiely competing in college athletics, so I figure this is a weight where I am definitely in shape, 160 - goal, 145 - this weight would be really neat. We'll see what happens.
  • 306- (Highest and on the way down!!!)

275- (Under 300 pounds, and will 10 pounds weigh less than my DH!!!)

245- I look and feel pretty good at this weight!

    199- (Onderland )

Who knows where I will go from there?

Under 200 looks like heaven to me at this point.

I also have a "secret" wish weight of 145, but I honestly think it's really too low for me. That was my lowest weight since about age 12 (I was at my full height at that age). I think weighing that little isn't realistic but I just really liked not having extra padding...I loved my waist, cheek and collar bones at that weight!
  • Here's mine...
    • 334 - highest weight
    • 323 - starting weight on this journey
    • 299 - entered Twoterville
    • 250 - someone once told me that people had to weigh 250 or less to take a helicopter tour of Alaska. I'm not planning a trip to Alaska, but just in case...
    • 223 - 100 lbs gone from the beginning of this journey
    • 199 - Onederland!!!
    • 159 - no longer overweight and I'll have a healthy BMI
