I'm staying OP today because I've been a salt monster all week and don't want to see it on Monday's weigh in. The scale is up a smidge and my rings are really tight, both letting me know that there's been too much sodium in my diet this week.
The ONE reason I am staying on plan today: Because my body is still hanging on to that 4 oz for some reason. I wanna meet my goal tomorrow and be in the 260s.

I am staying OP because if things don't start happening on the scale soon, I won't have a loss to report on Monday. I think I'm retaining water and I will hopefully be able to get rid of it by then, but it's frustrating not to see any downward movement for almost a week!

I have to stay on plan now because all the fat girl clothes are bagged up and ready to go to Goodwill.DD21 cleaned out my closet. I have a couple of 22's for reference and the rest are 8's and 10's.
