I'm determined to stay in control of my hunger. It's fierce, today, and I've got to figure out how to make it through without losing it. I will do it!

Today I am determined to stick to my menu plan with NO deviations. My house is loaded with wonderful fresh fruits and veggies which will be my snacks of choice if needed.

I'm determined to count every morsel of food that goes into my mouth. I have slacked off on this somewhat and I can tell the difference, as the weight loss has slowed when it really shouldn't be at this point. SO....here's to a better day of calorie counting! :D

Today I'm determined to get back on track 100%. Had a few days where food wasn't great, exercise wasn't great....you get the picture. Been exercising the last 2 days, but food hasn't gotten totally under control yet. So far today is good. Maybe by the weekend, my ticker weight will be right again.

I stopped by the grocery store this morning and bought soup, salad, apples, bananas, yogurt...all of the things that I can snack on instead of bread, cheese and pizza pockets!! I am also going to get another walk/jog in for the week |
Today I am determined to ride my bike even though it is about four hundred degrees. No more waiting for better weather.

Today, my determination is focused on keeping with the program - to the T. I got a little lazy with my counting/accountability for a little bit, and sure enough - them smart scales knew what I did! :o :lol: Well, I have news for them scales - this girl is smart too - and I know what to do to get them scales moving doward again! :p

1) Get to bed early enough to do my exercise in the morning tomorrow (STILL haven't mastered that one.) 2) Try the 4 fast miles WATP...I've been sticking with the 3 mile. |
Today I am determined to eat supper on plan. NOTHING after supper, and work out at the gym, one last time before surgery. I WILL be back!! No it's not Arnold talking, it's me!
