I'm determined to stay on plan today even though we'll be on the road for four hours. I'm always tempted to snack on trips like that, and sometimes tempted to run through a fast food drive thru as well! I plan to take healthy snacks with me and read while my husband drives!

I'm determined to not have too many snacks today, even though they are low point snacks, I eat too many of them when I am bored at work and we have been very slow so it is very boring. |

Today I am determined to eat really, really well. Which I didn't do this past weekend while away. Oh how I missed my routine and my foods and my plan. Although I had a phenomenal, fun-packed weekend, I terribly was urging and craving for my "regular" food. I can't wait for my lunch and to sink my teeth into some - cauliflower.

Today I'm determined to get back to doing "Weight Loss 101" (thanks Meg) because I have slacked up on keeping track of everything that goes in my mouth, water intake, exercise, etc. Thank you, Meg, for getting me back into focus and giving me a boost in the arm. I'm anxious to see the results of getting re-focused. :D

Today I am determined to handle stress/problems at work without turning to comfort food. I'm also determined to not feel sorry for myself over said problems at work and let myself fall into a poor me trap. I need to learn from my mistakes, work my butt off to never make them again, and move on.
