I've lurked here forever, and posted very rarely. I looked and the last time was a year ago. I'm now 10 lbs heavier.
So, I'm going to start one day at a time and make some concrete goals.
1. I will track what I eat everyday on FitDay.
2. I will walk 30 minutes on my treadmill at least 5 times per week.
3. I will limit myself to 2 hours or less on the computer per day.
4. I will check in to 3FC at least once per day.
