hehe yeah Gale. I just got to get to point where my legs can push up my weight on thier own. Even though I can max out the leg press @ 200lbs its just not enough yet. But I'll get there.

I know what you mean, it's still hard for me to haul myself up a rock face. But, I've noticed that it gets easier and easier the more weight that I lose. Just one more incentive to keep on keeping on!
