For the time being, I am weighing everyday. (More than once a day sometimes...I love playing with the scale. I gained .4 pounds just by having my hair still wet from the shower. I'm a dork, I do different things purposely to see how they affect it.) I have changed my ticker a couple of times. I'm just so excited to see loss!! I avoid the weigh-in threads. For me, they are too much pressure, too much "why didnt I lose as much", too much "whats she doing differently." I keep a journal and in it I list my foods, calories, fat grams, exercise, and weight. Somedays I actually journal, others its just the basics. I'm sure once my loss slows down, I won't be so excited that I change the ticker every few days, but for now, it's fun and motivation for me.
