Welcome Robin, I'm sure you and I are not the only repeat offenders here. I lost 70 pounds before my sons wedding in 2001. I stopped loosing and began gaining as soon as I bought the dress for it. Didn't take long to put it all back on. I have come to the reality that I have to do this for me, not for anyone or anything like a special event. I need and deserve to be healthy and happy, I want to be around for a long time to enjoy my family and grandkids.
25 pounds is a GREAT start, keep it up.
