Whew, we can post again! I know that sometimes servers must be changed and things with computers can happen, but I was so disoriented this morning when I logged on to 3FC and could read, but couldn't post. Not that my views and opinions must be heard, but I felt very lost!
OMG, what do I do now??? Panic, panic!
Fortunately, I made it through this time, and now feel much better! I didn't realize just how much I depend on this forum!!!
Oh I felt the same way. I don't post a lot but I love to lurk when I have free time. I just felt at loose ends this morning when I got on and there were no new posts to read. Thanks so much to the original 3FCs for this site! I love it!
Oh not me. I didn't miss 3FC at ALL. Haha. And if you believe that one, well then, I've got this bridge to sell you......... But really, my day was just not the same.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Suzanne for all the long hours she put in last night and today switching servers to keep 3FC running as smoothly as possible.

I worked evenings this weekend. I get home about 11:30 and automatically come to 3FC to relax and unwind before bed. But I couldn't!!!
Actually the 'read only' was good for me. I scrolled thru the goals, pictures, success stories. I got to know a couple of posters (ones I post with regularly) a little better thru old posts and profiles. I read a bunch of stickies that I haven't read in a while.
The server change threw me off base for a few minutes but turned out to be a very good thing.
Yes, this is an amazing place, and I'm really thankful to the original 3FC sisters who still work hard to set the tone and keep it going, long after their need for this site. And like SusanB, I got a chance to change gears and catch up with old posts during the 'read only' time, which was very good for me too.
It was like my best friend went on vacation and I had no sounding board for my problems!!!! Welcome back 3FC -- "you" were missed. And thanks to everyone who does all the "behind the scenes" work to keep our lifeline going
I felt the same way! I was off yesterday, of course, and home all day, and I was just going insane because I wanted to post and read new posts!! I did take the time to look at photos in the Goal section and read posts in the Maintenance section, since I haven't read much there. There's definitely some great stuff in that section!
Thankfully, I had another community in which to post. I'm an Admin on another board, and even though I don't mess with the server aspect, it still is a ton of work - so thanks!
