Welcome, Jenn. This is a fantastic bunch of ladies who will celebrate with you when things are going well and support you when you need a hug.

BTW - 32 is not old. We're all ages around here - I'm 33...

Welcome to the group, Jenn!

I was right where you are just 4 short months ago...now 40 lbs lighter I'm feeling SO much better. You CAN do this! Stick close to 3fc and it will go much smoother. There are ups and downs on the scales but you'll learn to navigate those and not turn to food when you're discouraged or disappointed. I'm so proud of you for starting this! I wish I had done it when I was 32 (almost 4 years ago)...think how much more I could have done during those years!

Hey I'm from Texas as well. I recently started this weight loss journey as well. Good luck with your weight loss and I hope the cravings don't last long.
