Well my day started out bad and got worse. There was a meeting at work and lots of bad news... even talks of layoffs, but we won't get into that. Then I came home and paid the bills and balanced the check book... thats always a sad time, isn't it... Then the worst thing... I went shopping at Kohls for clothes (depressing in itself) and I looked over at this mirror and in my head though.. yuck, look at that girls stomach, that is so gross... then I realized IT WAS ME!!! I didn't even recognize myself... Oh man did I feel bad... I came home and I really really wanted to eat because thats what I used to do to make myself feel better. But the great thing is... I realized that was the only reason I wanted to eat... so I came down here and got on and Oh I feel so much better just reading your posts! So thanks everyone!

Isn't it wonderful to know you have an entire flock of chicks here to support you, any time of day? Just reading the posts and seeing the support everyone has for one another is enough to make me feel there's no way I can give up. I still can't get over how much the "big losers" never seem to tire of giving advice to those of us who are just starting out. It's just so incredibly inspiring!
