Boy, have you asked the million dollar question. This has been debated so many times. Some people will swear that tons of water has helped them shed the weight and some people do just fine with just a normal amount.
I have heard that you should drink 1/2 your weight in water. That's fine if you weigh 150, but when you weigh 335...that's a whopping 167 oz a day!!

I quit trying to push water on myself. I try and drink only 1 or 2 diet pops a day and the rest is water. I got tired of getting up in the middle of the night to pee.
