Sometimes I'm glad I work in an office with only 2 other guys, who would never even think to bring in treats! Actually both of them are trying to lose some weight too, which makes it even easier. At my last office, there was a "snack tray" that I raided constantly. It's so hard to say no - way to go on resisting it!!

We always get donuts and muffins every Friday as our bosses "treat" for us. I just stay out of the kitchen until they're gone. If I don't see them, I'm not tempted. I do have to say, however, that the more weight I lose, the easier it is to say no. I see the results of my healthy lifestyle. There's a saying I like: "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels".

Luckily - where I sit - I am able to avoid the temptation - by sight. But where I sit - I swear the ventilation duct comes out just over my head.........

But - my co-workers have come around and no longer "Come on, just a little won't hurt" anymore...........

I am very thankful for that......
