I weigh in every morning and every night, but I don't count any of them except for my Monday weigh-in. Weighing in every night, I've learned that I generally "lose" 2lbs overnight. Weighing in every morning, I see my bodies natural fluctuations, and learn patterns. I think it's a really interesting way to learn about yourself and your body, but sometimes it's hard not to take the scale too seriously.
