Me: I weighed in on Friday and I had lost 3lbs. Yippee! Right?
NO!!!! I weighed in today, my regualr day and I went up a pound
I don't know how I gained 1 pound in 2 days. I did NOT CHEAT. My calories did not change, I drank the same amount of water, and I worked out 6 days last week. Only difference, I ate a cup and a half of brown rice yesterday and today. Uggggh!! Oh well!
I will post the 2 pounds...I wanted that ticker to go 3.
