I'm a Friday weigher too. I find it helps me to stay more on track for the weekend. I do sneak on once or twice during the week though just to see how I'm doing.

I lost 4 lbs this week!
It's my first week back eating healthy after 3 months of giving up. And my first week here at 3FC.

That 4 lbs is gone FOR-EH-VAH!

I'm so happy for all of us.

Good Job everyone.

I'm down 5 pounds this week which I'm really excited about. I didn't lose/gain when I wasn't counting calories (but still making good choices) over Chirstmas/New Years so I'm happy to see I made up for the stand still.

I techinically started last Sunday, but I think I'm going to do Monday morning weigh-ins - so I'm not posting a weigh in here. Just congratualating all of you and I can't wait (weight!) to post my first weigh in tomorrow

(I've already weighed...but I'm shooting for one more pound for tomorrow!)

down 7 lbs on the nose this "first week" back to the real world, I'm pretty happy about it -- i know it's easy the first little while, but I'll still take it! heheh good luck for next week everyone! I spent most of yesterday making meals for next week so I don't have the chance to slip up!
