Well weighed in this morning and poof no loss no gain. I hope this is not like last month where I go three weeks with no loss then only lose a pound. I do know the exercising is helping change my shape but the no lose is so discouraging
Just keep with it Nancy! It is super frustrating not to lose, but you know you are doing everything wonderful for your body and you should be so proud of that!
I would love to join in the action (a bit late). I started the month at 213 and my weigh in yesterday was 210.4. So down 2.6. I started WW at home in April.
