Hi turtles - Great news on your weight loss & I think it is great you are being accountable. As you said, when you are OP you feel better, lose weight and your whole mindset is different.
But we also know it is easy to get side-tracked and not so easy to get back at it. I am my own worst enemy with self sabotage. I know when I am overdoing it, I will gain and feel terrible, but at the time it does not stop me.

You all have a great weekend & lets try to remember to be good to ourselves - we are all worth it!

I feel back OP which is a great feeling. As usual, I wish I had been able to do this before gaining 13# or so. However, much better to reverse the gain now and work on getting some more pounds off than putting all I lost back on.
