Hi Fellow Turtles,
Here's where we can set up our own goals to reach by Valentine's Day.

Here's mine:
1. post weight on Fridays, keep a time line going for the 6 weeks.
2. goal: hit 179# by February 14th.

My goals over next 6 weeks are:

1. Post weighin results Fri a.m.
2. Walk at least 6 miles/week
3. Stay within my new WW point range daily.

Ok here we go!!!

1. weight -3 lbs I am sure this is salt!!!!!
2. Gym only made it 2x so far maybe get in the 3rd today.
3. Eating went pretty well, only a few leftover christmas cookies, and takeout pizza.
So overall a I feel pretty good about this week!!!

down a bit and hanging onto it!!!!!
need to exercise.

I know I can make the Feb.14th. challenge of 179# if I work really hard and make it happen.

Goals for next 6 weeks:
1. get in atleast 6 glasses water a day
2. Treadmill atleast 3 times a week.
