    1. post weight on Fridays, keep a time line going for the 6 weeks.
    2. goal: hit 179# by February 14th.

  • Here are my goals.

    1. To stay within my points.
    2. Track everything.
    3. Exercise at least three times a week.
  • Ok here we go!!!

    1. weight -3 lbs I am sure this is salt!!!!!
    2. Gym only made it 2x so far maybe get in the 3rd today.
    3. Eating went pretty well, only a few leftover christmas cookies, and takeout pizza.
    So overall a I feel pretty good about this week!!!

    Exercise this week was a total loss!
    Eating pretty good, did up the water intake
  • I think I got behind here.
    Goals for next 6 weeks:
    1. get in atleast 6 glasses water a day
    2. Treadmill atleast 3 times a week.
