I lost 6.4 lbs this week!!! I'm sure it was a fluke, but that leaves only 3.6 lbs more to reach my May 1st goal! And aside from the 8K I ran last week, I jogged 2 other times and lifted weights twice. I have been eaten within my points range every day except Easter (and I still did pretty well, just not within my range).
Also what helps me is to plan my eating throughout the day so I'll make that one of my goals for May 1st, by June 1st I want to look sexy in my tankini
I lost 0.8 this week, so my total for 2 weeks is 7.2 lbs!! I feel so much better that I did 2 weeks ago.
I have been working out more and eating so much better, but I still need to try to cut back on the drinking...
i'm doing pretty good. apart from the major drinking binge last saturday!! i lost 1.5 pounds at WW yesterday. so i'm on track for my personal challenge. i want to lose another 3 i reckon. we'll see how it goes!
I lost another 0.6. Not much, but at least the scale keeps going down and that makes 7.8 pounds in the past 3 weeks. I am only 2.2 away from my May 1st goal!!
Plus, I jogged 3 days last week and took a long walk yesterday, making 4 days of working out!
I couldn't wait until Monday to post my success! I lost another 1.4 this week, making 9.2 over the past 4 weeks!! Only 0.8 to go to meet my May 1st goal!!
Plus, I ran a 5K this morning with a friend so all is good on the exercise front. It was great because I am noticing that it doesn't take much out of me to run 3.1 miles anymore. It actually seems pretty easy! Which means that all of this exercise is paying off and that is a great feeling!
Well, I am not sure how I am doing on the weight front, but asides from one bad day on Saturday I am doing really well eating 27 points at most. I started a new BCP this month and I suspect that that is making my weight do strange things.
For me exercise has been great! I have been weight training at least twice a week, but usually 3 times (which is my goal) and I have basically been doing cardio everyday. Even on Friday when I didn't exercise per say I walked from a far away bus stop (about 15-20 minute walk) and then had about a 25 minute walk in the evening. I am also looking really buff So that's cool and I am doing it on a 55-25-20 split which most trainers will tell ya is way too much carbs, but I realized something.... Trainers are not doctors and most doctors recommend a higher carb, lower fat diet (though most of my carbs are not refined).
Just a week or so to go and I am improving, but I guess my goal should be progress not perfection.
I did really well OP and exercise wise last week, although when I WI this morning I stayed the same, but I also had pepperoni pizza last night and hardly any water yesterday, so I think I will weigh myself mid-week to see if that was just water I was retaining.
I have lost 4 lbs this month, and still have 8 lbs til my goal. It won't happen by May 1st, but I would love for it to happen by June 1st.

Weighed in last Thursday and was another .4 down for a total of 4.2. 3.8 to go by May 1. I have eaten out way too much these past 2 weeks. I've had company both weekends. Arrgghh! Well, pushing down the home stretch to May 1!
