My desk drawers at work are loaded with emergency supplies- for myself and fellow weight watcher co-workers.

Currently I have the following in my desk draw:
A box of Weight Watchers Honey Roasted Peanuts Peanuts.
A box of Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop-Snack Size
A box of Weight Watchers Chewy Chocolate Nutrition Bars
A box of Weight Watchers Hot Cocoa Mix
And on my desk I always have a jar full of Dove Dark Chocolate Promises

I've cleaned out my stash drawer of all the bad stuff when I started WW and replaced them with individual containers of applesauce, Cup-A-Soup, SF Hot Cocoa, and Kashi Good Friends cereal. In addition to lunch, I always bring with me to work a couple of small baggies filled with either 1 cup of Cookie Crisp cereal (2 pts) or 9 Quaker Rice Mini's (2 pts) for that carb attack.

I don't keep anything in my desk drawer -
"OUT OF SIGHT - OUT OF MIND!!"

Thank you for the tip about stashing your lunch in your car - what a great idea!!

Luvsummer = Thanks I like that idea about the cookie crisp. One cup with a cup of coffee. Good snack for me.

I will never be able to keep a jar of DOVE chocolate on my desk!

I do have some healthy stuff that I'd NEVER binge on. Peanut butter in tiny packages that I steal from our snack bar, orange marmalade (ditto),instant miso soup, rye krisp, earl grey teabags, hot chocolate, and two packages of Annies microwave macaroni and cheese (3 pts, really good but not something I'd binge on!) I usually have some canned fruit for 1 or 2 points but I'm out right now.

Default What is hiding in my desk drawer?

Sugar free gum, WW peanutbutter/chocolate bars (bought a case before they sold out in the centers), Baker's Breakfast cookies (even with all those points), instant, SF cocoa, and.............. a journal to write down what I do eat.
In re the W W bars and the BBC, only one of each.
My mama didn't raise no fool. If I had more in there, I would eat more.

I'm am pretty well stocked to last at least a week in case I can't get to the store....

I can't bring anything in to keep in the drawers - not even the low point stuff. I'd just eat it.

I keep sugar free gum though and lots of it. Chomp, chomp, chomp...
