Give us your weekly updates =) How'd Thanksgiving Weekend go for those who celebrated? Any upcoming fun stuff this week? Dealing with leftovers or other things?
I actually feel pretty successful about Thanksgiving. I was only up .2 total at my WW weigh in, but the weekend killed me!!! I did a lot of walking (went shopping for several hours at a time both Saturday and Sunday), went to the gym both days, but my morning weigh in this morning shows me up 2+ pounds!!!! Granted, food choices weren't the best over the weekend, but more than 2 pounds??!!? Ridiculous!!!
So, here it was not Thanksgiving weekend (it's in October in Canada) but I was over at my cousin place on friday night and saturday, and we eat out and had wine, so I was expecting for the worst.. However, my stomach felt weird all weekend long and I ended up not eating all my meal on saturday and sunday...
So after my gain last week (TOM, sickness, etc) I'm down 3.2 pounds this week. YAY!
Congrats everyone on their accomplishments I'm down 1.8.....So I lost the pound that I gained last week, and another .8 on top of that (AND it's TOM so I should loose a little more than usual next week).
I'm baking cookies with my sister this upcoming Sunday for the Holidays! I'm excited. I love holiday things.
I'm not planning on eating any, and I'll likely be leaving all of them at her place. That way I can relax without any temptations at home, and just enjoy some at Christmas.

It's my Christmas baking weekend too, this weekend! I'm so excited!
I am really a Christmas freak, and today I was allowed to put up some Christmas furniture all over the office : I'm in the Christmas spirit!

oooh I can't bake cookies I will and do eat them...so no cookies at my house.
Well I got on the scale this morning for the heck of it and really wished I had not it showed I am up 1.5 from Monday. I so hope it is a temporary thing it would break my heart to have to put I gained next Monday on the spread sheet..
The only thing I have done different is I ate some mixed nuts last night and the night before which pushed me to use my ap points.
I was up... and am now back down. Wheeeee roller coaster.
I've been kicking my bum at the gym for the last week so I think I've got a handle on things now.
I have been having an AWESOME week numbers wise on the scale and I'm hoping that those numbers stay for tomorrow morning's weigh in. Fingers crossed, but I'm hoping for a good week I'll keep you all updated tomorrow!
Wow I suck! I can't seem to stay committed since my life is so hectic...but I re-started today hoping to at least make it the week and then go from there...
