I can see a difference in your face! You should try your next picture standing the same way..it's hard to compare when your other picture is you sitting down But I can for SURE see the difference in your face
I didn't feel like I was seeing a difference either! Someone suggested taking the picture(s) in tighter fitting clothes and the same clothes each time. I had a pic from almost 8 months ago of me in my new gym clothes, so I referenced those, then had hubby take the same type of pictures of me in the same clothes. I just posted them and I can see the difference now!
I definitely see a difference in your face and neck and waist! I'm really bad at these, I'm sure others will comment where they see the difference. Can you now that you've compared two standing pictures?
I can see a difference. When you first start out I think you expect too much too soon (which is how I feel in my own weight loss journey). Even the scale may stay the same, or even add an extra pound regardless of how strict you are on yourself because your body has to build muscle to burn the extra fat. So even though you don't feel like you are seeing change, you are and it is worth it so keep going!
