I feel the same way you do, and was actually coming on here to post the SAME thing you just did. I have been at this since January 1st and I have lost only 7.8 lbs. I started at 237.8, so I have PLENTY to lose. I eat my 37 points, very healthy points and I exercise at least an 1 1/2, 5x a week. I do zumba, spinning, body pump and I run, actually doing a 5k in two weeks, yet I can't lose weight....I wish I knew what I was doing wrong too, bc it isn't working. But you aren't the only other person who I have heard this from. FRUSTRATING!

aber. DO you eat over your DA? i think you're supposed to, a little through the week - or if you dont, try it?.
Need fuel to work out that often
