Don't beat yourself up, we've all been there! I had a 5lb gain over the summer and while I was really disappointed with myself, I knew I had to keep going.

I guarantee you're going to see some awesome results next week

Hi all,
My first WI for the new program was this morning and I am down 3lbs. I think I'm really going to like this program because of the free fruit. I always had the veggies because they were zero to very low points...the fruits were a bit higher. Now, I add fruit as much as I can.

Didn't count points everyday, but was much more careful. Remained the same on weight. The good news is that this happened to me last time I joined also (stayed the same) and I lost more the next week. The bad news is that I really thought I was going to lose. I'm one of those people who has to try really hard to lose weight - no cheating or having an off-day. My daughter is 14, doing WW with me, and the pounds just drop off. I guess that's what happens when you hit 40!

I have two more days to get some in before weigh in, ya like that's going to matter... any how. I'm going to do it.

Hope my biggest loser walk DVD comes tomorrow so I have something new to look forward to.

OK. Started new plan on Monday of this week after weighed in at a Saturday morning meeting, instead of my normal Thursday night meeting cause we were out of town.. Soooooo.... I lost 1.6!! Which really means I had a bigger loss because of the difference between weighing in the Am and Pm, plus I'm on TOM.
YAY for WW!!

Good to see such big losses on the new plan. I just started the plan today, and will check in here next week. I find that a lot of stuff went up by 2 points, so I'm going to have to eat even more fruit and veggies. I do love the new calculator!

Congrats to all the losers and for those who didn't see the numbers they hoped for. Hang in there, the scale will come round!

I lost 1.6 this week - not outstanding but I'll take it. Still undoing the damage I inflicted over Thanksgiving. That was a hard lesson to learn but at least it will be fresh in my mind so I don't make the same mistake over Christmas!

I lost 3.2. However, I had a slight gain the week before so I wouldn't attribute it all to the new plan. I am still thrilled though! I am absolutely loving this new plan!

LitChick - 1.6 pounds in a week is outstanding. Don't sell yourself short.

I just weighed in with a "long" week. I went to a Sunday meeting when the new program came out to get materials and then went today on Saturday for my regular meeting so there was 13 days between weigh ins although it was only 1 WW week.

Anyway, I was down 3.4 pounds which is about 1.7 pounds a week I tend to lose slowly in the past (was averaging about .6 pounds a week) so this was outstanding for me.

I had my wi today and it was for 12 days since I had to get early last week. I lost exactly 10 pounds. I am thrilled.

Someone earlier said she only tracked points some times. That is not the way to lose weight. You have to track every BLT every day. I am 69 years old, by the way.

I weigh in tomorrow. It is TOM so I will be happy with any kind of loss. I have to say though that I am loving the new plan. It has really opened my eyes to a lot of things, and forced me to take a closer look at the choices I have been making.

I'm down 2 pounds. It's only been 3 days OP but a couple of weeks before that were calorie counting. I was surprised to see the loss this morning since I stuffed myself with pita bread last night. (Which was still on plan.)
