Hi I'm new
Hi Im new to this site, just wanted to say hi.
I'm doing ww near 8 months have lost 50lbs but hit a wall and weightloss has slowed anyone got any help to get it started? I've done ww many times so know to change exercise change food weigh snd measure drink fluids track everything was going to try wendi plan but the low days ate low as I'm only on 20 points a day and have 4 stone to lose now.
I do 3-5 zumba classes a week walk everywhere and just joined the gym.I am 41 and have yoyoed for 22 years so want to do it now .
