Default Goal For This Week

I have a confession to make...I'm a habitual weigher. I do better now. I used to weigh several times a day and have gotten down to once a day. My goal for this week is to not weigh until my weigh in at my meeting.

Anyone have a goal that they want to set for the week along with me? Not necessarily not weighing but if you have a bad habit to break or something you know you need to work on. Lets make a great week!!

MY GOAL THIS WEEK IS TO STAY IN MY POINT RANGE and to stay close to the low side to get the scale moving downward.

I was the same way about weighing too much. My scale broke (and not from my big bootay!!) and I just did not buy a new one. So the only time i find out will be the weigh ins. (I did cheat and hop on the scale when I took my daughters at the pediatrian..lol)

hmmm, my goal. To be able to finish the Biggest Loser workout video (the bob one) by the end of the week. I tried it yesterday and go 20 mins into it and thought I was was going to fall over from exhaustion. I have muscles I never knew existed. Gonna try it again today!

Good for you! I will have to try it. I love the one with Bob. And it is kind of cool to see people who are not a sz 0 are able to do it. On the on I did they have past contestants.

Congrats to you!

Oh really? On mine she has 2 girls with her who are smallbut one of them does a lower impact version of some of the stuff. I think you're talking about a different video. I wish we had fit tv. I called my cable company and put in a request for it. They said if they get enough requests they'll look into it.

The one I have been doing is called cardio max. It has all people that were contestants. I really have enjoyed it.

I did not know about the fitness tv, I stumble upon looking for little einstiens on demand...lol. I am glad I found it though. I do not think I would be exercising nearly as much without it.

BTW...you go girl! Only 10.8lbs to meat your april goal! That is awesome. When did you start?
Not to get too off topic (sorry!) but I have a toddler also and I think one of the hardest things for me is not finishing her ledtovers! It is terrible, when she started eating solids I slowly started gaining, but it was from, oh...there is left over mac and cheese. I will finish it, oh...there is a 1/2 cup of pudding, I will finish that..lol

I stopped one day and thought, OMG I am a human garbage desposal...lol. I have done so well. If there are left overs I package them up right away and NO PICKING at them!

Oh I totally do (actually did) that. I have to literally either immediately throw it away or put something ridiculous on it so that I don't eat it.

I started (actually re-started) yesterday. The 10.8 is my mini goal. My medium goal is to lose 30 by the time I go to Vegas on June 28. When did you start?

I started the day after Easter. I have been really into it both following it exactly and exercising. I lost 10.2, my mini goal was 25. I want to lose 50-60 total.

I just can not wait till the snow melts and I can go to the park with the kids! I started walking to play group with Angelina so that will help get me out and walking too!

Are you going to hit the casinos in vegas? You are going to have a blast! I have no doubt you will meet you goal. You are off to an amazing start!

Probably going to hit a few casinos in Vegas (you have to don't you? lol) I have a friend out there thought that I haven't seen in 4 years and we're going to do stuff with her. Just general sight seeing really. I've never been so I'm pretty excited!

My goal this week is to drink more water and to stop eating after dinner.

It's so hard being a student because after my fiance and I are done with dinner we sit at the kitchen table and do endless amounts of work...with the fridge in sight.

I am always "Oh, a few rice cakes won't hurt!" etc and I know that's really hurting me.

We have tried studying a varies coffee shops but then I get to stare at cookies, cakes and calorie-filled coffee drinks.

Any suggestions that if I must eat after dinner things that I should eat? Raw veggies or blueberries?
I have also tried to drink water after dinner..but nothing seems to stop this craving!

Thanks

Taylor
