I just welcomed you in the Intro's.
Rabbit- Be careful about adding weights to your arms when you are doing cardio. depending on what you are doing, you can really stress your tendons. Especially if you follow it up the next day with either upper body or a full body workout
I ended up with months of tendonitis and a torn rotator cuff about 10 years ago doing that. It's like doing about 600 repetitons of an exercise with a light weight.
Back and cardio for me today, and food had been ON.
