What did you do today?
I would really like to log what I'm doing, and was hoping some others would be interested in posting their exercises they did for the day.
Full disclosure - I have a broken ankle, so I am mainly doing exercises I can do on my floor at home that do not utilize my right leg, haha. So probably sounds a little whimpy at this point, but that is why I really need some accountability and encouragement.
