Ok so I loved the challenge from last month, attempting a smaller goal in about 3 weeks time. It really helped me stay focused...anyone up for a small goal by Sept 18? If so just port your goal and keep checking in...
I will join you both. I was just marking on my calendar my goals....I figure a half pound a week for me, to be on the safe side, so my goal will be 155 by the 16th.
I havn't weighed myself in a LONG time. (I just moved out of my mom's house and I no longer have a scale.)
So I'm going to say... by September 18th I'd like to be doing cardio at the gym at least 4 days per week. Not including the 2 days that I do weight training.
By September 18th, I hope to be below 160. I've been falling back into my old habits this week so I really hope I don't go crazy and spiral back into my original weight. Sigh. Below 160 can even be 159.9. Seriously. I'm dead tired of seeing 16_ on the scale.

Morning all! Other than a handful of nuts and dried cranberries, yesterday was good. Since I have a miserable cold, chewing helps me clear my nose, so I am accepting that cheat as a necessity <grin>. Felt well enough this morning to do a little lower body weight lifting, felt good, but had so little stamina because of the illness that I cut everything short. Hoping for a good day today, for me as well as all of you.
I'll bite. I want to be down to 155 or else! (I'm actually up a pound from my ticker but I refuse to change it. It just keeps me motivated to get back there so I won't be lying)
I would like to be 205 by Sept. 18. I just have to do it. I have such a hard time when my husband is home on the weekends! I just need to not let him influence what I choose to eat. I have really fudged this weekend but I will start doing better all over again tomorrow. Good luck everyone!
