Small Goal by Sept 18
Ok so I loved the challenge from last month, attempting a smaller goal in about 3 weeks time. It really helped me stay focused...anyone up for a small goal by Sept 18? If so just port your goal and keep checking in...

My goal is to be 123 by Sept 16th...I am 126.4 currently

Hey Steph I will jump on with you! I am going to say 140 by Sept. 18th. I am at 145 now so totally resonable if I behave myself!

I will join you both. I was just marking on my calendar my goals....I figure a half pound a week for me, to be on the safe side, so my goal will be 155 by the 16th.

I havn't weighed myself in a LONG time. (I just moved out of my mom's house and I no longer have a scale.)
So I'm going to say... by September 18th I'd like to be doing cardio at the gym at least 4 days per week. Not including the 2 days that I do weight training. |
By September 18th, I hope to be below 160. I've been falling back into my old habits this week so I really hope I don't go crazy and spiral back into my original weight. Sigh. Below 160 can even be 159.9. Seriously. I'm dead tired of seeing 16_ on the scale.

Ok so day one for me tanked...here is to day two being amazingly on point...got a plan and I AM going to stick to it! 123 here I come!

I think my goal will be 1000 minutes of intentional exersice by Sept 18....Thats just over 50 minutes per day.
Start day 8-31: so far 45 minutes |
By september the 18th I aim to be under 11 stone..... any loss for me will make me extremely happy. My only other goal at the moment is to be 140 by December 6th - If i achieve this I am going to go out and celebrate my birthday in a big way! :) Bring on December, lol.

Morning all! Other than a handful of nuts and dried cranberries, yesterday was good. Since I have a miserable cold, chewing helps me clear my nose, so I am accepting that cheat as a necessity <grin>. Felt well enough this morning to do a little lower body weight lifting, felt good, but had so little stamina because of the illness that I cut everything short. Hoping for a good day today, for me as well as all of you.

I'd like to reach 140 lbs by September 18 (I'm currently at 144).

I would like to be down to 175 by Sept 18. When I weighed this morning I was 180 so that means 5 lbs.

I'll bite. I want to be down to 155 or else! (I'm actually up a pound from my ticker but I refuse to change it. It just keeps me motivated to get back there so I won't be lying)

Small Goal
I would like to be 205 by Sept. 18. I just have to do it. I have such a hard time when my husband is home on the weekends! I just need to not let him influence what I choose to eat. I have really fudged this weekend but I will start doing better all over again tomorrow. Good luck everyone!
