Low-sodium pickles... hmmm... would they be any good? heh

NEW QUESTION~ I told my doc I started a walking routine and she said that's great. (she was kinda rushing the whole time and was running 45 behind with all her patient's) and to keep at it.
Here's the thing... since I haven't walked in soo long, did a 1.8 miles monday plus jumping on the trampoline, my shins are soooooo super sore...
Do I push myself and walk again today? or do I wait for my shins to not hurt so much? They did not hurt this bad yesterday.

I'd give yourself a day off to heal. Next time you walk (or do any exercise), do a little bit of stretching before you head off. Often our muscles are "cold", and they need a warm-up.
