Default Thanksgiving de-tox

After the long weekend of eating whatever I wanted, I faced the consequences on Monday. I felt SO sick, like I had the flu. My stomach was upset and I felt feverish and achey. After eating well again for a couple days, I'm back to normal. But I don't think my junk food indulgences were worth it! I really do forget sometimes how much what you put into your body affects how you feel, both mentally and physically. I'm resolved not to make the same mistake at Christmas!

I know what you mean!
I had thanksgiving/christmas in one big weekend and my stomach just felt bad and I was pretty gassy the whole time. Ugh.

I feel much better, now.
